By accessing or using TechyCamp's website, services, or courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TechyCamp provides live online courses in DevOps and AI-Powered Web Development. Each course runs 8 weeks, with two live sessions a week. Services include live sessions, recordings of those sessions, projects and code reviews, a private student community, and communication with instructors.
Recordings of live sessions are provided within 24 hours and remain available to enrolled students for 6 months.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- Restricting access to your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying TechyCamp immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Course Enrollment and Payment
Course enrollment is subject to payment of the fee displayed on our website, currently PKR 14,999 per course. You may pay in full or in 2 installments. Payment is made by bank transfer or JazzCash, and payment details are shared with you over WhatsApp after you send an enrollment request. No payment is taken on the website.
Refunds may be available according to our refund policy, which outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of our services, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and code examples, is the property of TechyCamp or its content providers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from our services.
6. User Conduct
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Share your account or course access with others
- Use the services for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
7. Limitation of Liability
TechyCamp and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

TechyCamp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
