TechyCamp provides live online courses in DevOps and AI-Powered Web Development. Each course runs 8 weeks, with two live sessions a week (16 in total). Courses are delivered electronically via:
- Live interactive online sessions on Zoom, in the evening at 8 PM PKT
- Recordings of every live session, provided after class
- Digital course materials, handouts, and resources
- Hands-on projects and code reviews
- A private student community (WhatsApp group)
2. Course Access Timeline
Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation:
- Course Materials: Materials and resources become available once your enrollment is confirmed
- Live Sessions: Access to live classes begins on the scheduled course start date as mentioned in course details
- Course Duration: 8 weeks, with two live sessions a week
- Recording Access: Recordings are available within 24 hours of each session and remain available to you for 6 months
3. Technical Requirements
To access TechyCamp courses, students must have:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
- Computer or laptop with updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- Webcam and microphone for interactive sessions
- Basic software installation capabilities for programming courses
- A WhatsApp number (or email address) for course communications

5. Service Level Commitments

- Support Response: Technical support queries will be addressed within 24-48 hours during business days
- Platform Uptime: 99.5% platform availability during scheduled class times
6. Missed Sessions Policy
If you miss a live session:
- Full session recordings will be available within 24 hours
- Course materials and slides are immediately accessible
- Students can ask questions about missed content in the next session
- Office hours are available for additional clarification
7. Certificate Issuance
Course completion certificates are issued to students who:
- Complete at least 80% of the course content
- Submit all required assignments and projects
- Participate in final assessments or presentations
Certificates are issued digitally within 5 business days of course completion.
8. Course Modifications and Cancellations
TechyCamp reserves the right to:
- Modify course content to reflect industry updates and improvements
- Reschedule sessions due to instructor availability or technical issues (minimum 24-hour notice)
- Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment (full refund provided)
- Replace instructors if necessary (with equivalent or better qualified alternatives)
9. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Maintain appropriate behavior during live sessions
- Complete assignments and projects within specified deadlines
- Actively participate in discussions and group activities
- Respect intellectual property and not share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
- Provide feedback to help improve course quality
